I use Daniela's meditation CD - especially the third cut - the refresher for the afternoon. I used the CD during a trip to Europe, where I work with children directing a musical. This is exciting, yet very stressful work, and the CD really helped me regroup before my second shift of work. On the plane home, I got stuck behind the passenger from "you know where". Two hours into the flight, I had an emotional breakdown after having this guy jam his seat into my arthritic knees. My travel companion, frantically trying to calm down her 6' tall crying friend, dug into my carry-on. "Where's your number three?!? Let me get you the number three!"
